It happens to be that babe turned beast, Nidalee! Here she is realizing that one solid breeze can really leave her feeling a little exposed to the elements!
Nidalee is a pretty cool champ aesthetically because she can turn into a jungle cat as well as be a primitive amazonian warrior. I like how her spear is totally crooked and looks as if it was one of the earlier designs by the riot team with some fun wide jungle boots and wacky bone accessories. I believe that when she first was coming out, people believed that she was a pet class which would have been interesting visually to say the least.
In game Nidalee can pretty much do it all. A strong Nidalee player can end up ahead of the curve in kills and gear and really start to mess up your entire team. health low? BAM a fat heal coming from her wicked AP build. Need some extra eyeballs in those bushes? BAM a bear trap hits the most commonly used areas. Need to chase? turn into a chain pouncing cat, need to harass? throw a giant spear that can destroy champions from very far away. In case you couldn't tell, I've been destroyed by a few Nidalees and didn't have a very good time of it. Anyone main this mistress of the jungle? Then pull out your war paint and write down some comments below!

i like your how you crafted her spear, making it seem impossible to throw straight, and apparantly that spear is like Ashes giant arrow, the further it travels, the more effective (except Ashe gets extra stun but Nidalee deals the most damage). Also Nidalee is near useless in team fights.

ReplyDeleteYeah she pretty much can do a small heal to a teammate then do her own thing. I guess she's more of a roamer than a team player.

ReplyDeleteMan, I got trounced as Nidalee when I was Maokai one game. My team made me go mid and it did not end well. She's a real beast. I love your take on her, man! I think your style's been getting a little goofier but I continue to love it!

ReplyDeletehaha thanks for the comment! yeah she can really tear it up in a duel for sure. And i think i'm getting goofier because the last few champs i have to do are some of the one's that I'm not the biggest fan of visually.
plus after 69 drawings you need to bend and sway a bit to keep up the pace ;D
I find it a tad bit annoying how when facing a Nidalee, everyone in my pug group just yells "OP NERF RIOT" instead of building armor, and magic Resist. Does no one other than me build situationally?
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried her myself,but she looks like a lot of fun. I'm currently engaged in buying Udyr, but playing her has crossed my mind more than once.
